Each collection is curated and assembled by hand after your order is placed, so please allow 5–7 business days for your gift to be prepared and shipped. Once it's on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. We're so sorry if that happens — it's the last thing we want for you or your recipient. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right with a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@daniellesbasketry.com with your order number and a photo of the damage and we'll take care of you from there. Yes! We ship to all 50 states across the U.S. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order — we're unable to reroute packages once they've been handed to the carrier.
